The Preschool Center is Hiring a Daycare Teacher Near Norwood, MA

Duties:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Assist with classroom management, including maintaining a clean and organized learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in children
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children

Skills:

- Previous experience working with students, such as babysitting or nannying
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide emotional support to children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
